You just got my head spinning into an earworm nest of whistle songs and symbols…starting with my blank stare, wondering why you would say, “keep whistling!” Short term memory issues…no clue what you were referring to. Then came the dwarfs just whistling while they worked. Followed by what to do whenever I feel afraid…. Just whistle a happy tune so no one will suspect….wolf whistles in the 50’s from a construction site, the secret whistle my soulmate and I have always used to locate each other in a grocery store for instance… and of course the iconic whistle from my mom to call us in from wherever we were in the neighborhood, for dinner! Finally, coming back around to the title, “Who do I think I am?” Thanks so much for the encouragement!
Thanks, Paula...your responses give me the impetus do just that. And I am interested in the writing you're doing...send it via email whenever you are ready.
You know that I love it! Keep whistling.
